United Extracorporeal Support, Inc. (UES Inc.) provides Certified Perfusionists who manage state-of-the-art heart-lung machines and related extracorporeal devices for  Louisville Kentucky area hospitals. UES Inc. employs some of the countries most experienced perfusionist in adult ECMO and ventricular assist device management.

U.E.S. also provides Autotransfusion Services for several local Hospitals. Autologous Blood Recovery Systems offer a safe and cost-effective method for salvaging surgical perioperative blood loss and returning it to the patient . In addition, a comprehensive blood management education program is available for all hospitals. Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Autologous Conditioned Plasma (ACP) production services are also available from many manufacturer's platforms.
